Humidity regulation in a closed loop and at controlled temperature allows for accurate adjustment of relative humidity levels even in challenging settings.
The MHG100 provides a maximum flow rate of 15 l/min which is suitable for chamber volumes of up to 300 litres.
The modular setup with symmetrical gas supply in two lines and the broad temperature and humidity range make the MHG100 a perfect match for the most diverse target systems.
The modular humidity generator consists of a central control unit with two temperature-controlled supply lines to the target equipment.
The heart of the MHG100 is a powerful central wetting and mixing unit.
The MHG100 provides a constant gas flow with controlled humidity.
The humidity levels are set by mixing dry and saturated gas .
The temperature in the MHG can be adjusted to the conditions in the target system by a manual or automatic algorithm.
A cooler allows for operation at temperatures below room temperature to just above freezing.
The MHG100 is equipped for connection of a freely configurable temperature and humidity sensor. This sensor can either be mounted directly on the analysis equipment or installed in the test chamber with thermal separation. Temperature compensation takes place in the control unit.
The user interface of the control unit is clear and easy to operate and is connected serially or via Ethernet (optional) to the MHG control software.
Due to the clear and fully documented Modbus interface, the MHG can easily be integrated into existing analysis software.
