The controller of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We keep and process your personal information confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with applicable country-specific data protection regulations.
Our website may be used without entering personal information.
Different rules may apply to certain services on our site, however, and are explained separately below. As far as personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) is collected on our sides, the information asked for can be provided on a voluntary basis, if possible. Newsletter

On our website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the newsletter is ordered from the controller.
The newsletter may only be received by the user if (1) the user has a valid e-mail address and (2) the user registers for the newsletter shipping. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by the user for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the user is authorized to receive the newsletter.

There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to our newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the user has given for shipping the newsletter, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding informatrion is found in each newsletter. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by communicating this to the controller in a different way.

Integration of third party content

On this website, the integration of third party content (e.g. videos from Youtube, maps from Google-Maps or grafics from other websites) can take place. The integration of content of this type from third-party websites always requires that the provider of this content are aware of users’ IP addresses. Without the IP address, it would not be possible to send the content to the respective user’s browser. The IP address is therefore necessary in order to display this content. We endeavour to only use content of which the respective provider use the IP address only for delivering the content. However, we cannot influence whether the third party provider uses and stores the IP address for statistical purposes.

Integration of script libraries (Google Webfonts)

For correct display in all browsers, this website uses script libraries and font libraries such as Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/) provided by Google. On retrieving a website your browser downloads the necessary web fonts to your browser cache in order to correctly display texts and fonts. In case your web browser does not support or denies the access to Google Webfonts, the content on this website is displayed in standard fonts.
The access to script and font libraries automatically connects to the provider of the library who may collect access data.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the Google Maps API to display geographical data.
When using Google Maps, Google may collect, process and use data about the usage of Google Maps by the user. To use the functions of Google Maps it is required to store your IP address. This information will usually be transferred to and stored on a server in the USA. The controller of this website has no influence on this data transmission. SSL Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential data, such as enquiries you sent to us as the provider, this website uses an SSL encryption. You recognise an encrypted transmission by the change of the address line of the browser from “https://” to “https://” and by the lock-symbol in your browser address line. If the SSL encryption is active, the data you have transmitted to us cannot be accessed by third parties.

Updates, changes, corrections, deletion and disclaimer

The user has the right to obtain information upon request and free of charge about the personal data that have been stored about the user.
